font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Para tanto, o Prefeito Sr. Jo\u00e3o Rufino Sobrinho, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, estabeleceu normas para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Concurso P\u00fablico para provimento de cargos atualmente vagos, em conson\u00e2ncia com as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es constitucionais referentes ao assunto, Instru\u00e7\u00f5es Normativas do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Minas Gerais (n\u00ba 05\/2007, alterada pela n\u00ba 04\/2008 e n\u00ba 08\/2009), S\u00famula n\u00ba 116 do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Minas Gerais e Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Municipal (em especial com a Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal; Lei n\u00ba 684, de 18\/12\/1992, e altera\u00e7\u00f5es ulteriores, que disp\u00f5e sobre o Estatuto dos Servidores P\u00fablicos Civis do Munic\u00edpio de Mantena; Lei Complementar n\u00ba 062, de 19\/09\/2019, que disp\u00f5e sobre o Plano de Carreira dos Servidores da Prefeitura Municipal de Mantena; e Lei Complementar n\u00ba 065, de 17\/12\/2019, que disp\u00f5e sobre a Reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano de Carreira, Cargos e Sal\u00e1rios dos Profissionais da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica do Munic\u00edpio de Mantena), conforme disp\u00f5e este Edital. <\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Ser\u00e3o ofertadas mais de 174 vagas para cargos de todos os n\u00edveis de escolaridade. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
