At\u00e9 amanh\u00e3, mais de 900 lotes dever\u00e3o ser disponibilizados para arremate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Nesta segunda edi\u00e7\u00e3o, o evento conta com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos p\u00e1tios Socorro Leste e Socorro Cometa, credenciados do Detran-MG. O per\u00edodo de visita\u00e7\u00f5es aos p\u00e1tios foi encerrado no dia 1\u00ba. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Para o \u00faltimo dia de leil\u00e3o, que ocorrer\u00e1 na quinta-feira, os interessados dever\u00e3o comparecer ao Parque de Exposi\u00e7\u00f5es, situado \u00e0 Rua Jo\u00e3o Dias Duarte, n\u00ba 1450, Bairro S\u00e3o Paulo, com acesso pelos port\u00f5es 7 e 8, a partir das 8h30, munidos de carteira de identidade e CPF \u2013 no caso de Pessoa F\u00edsica \u2013 e contrato social da empresa, com documento de identidade e CPF do representante \u2013 no caso de Pessoa Jur\u00eddica. Neste \u00faltimo caso, \u00e9 exigido pr\u00e9vio cadastramento junto ao Detran-MG. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O edital contendo todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es, inclusive valores m\u00ednimos para lances iniciais de cada lote, est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no site www.detran.mg.gov.br (Edital de Leil\u00f5es n\u00ba 1959\/2019 e n\u00ba 1968\/2019) e na delegacia de tr\u00e2nsito da cidade, \u00e0 Rua Israel Pinheiro, 3075, anexo, Centro, Governador Valadares.
