14pt;\">De 15 a 17 de julho, a Prefeitura de S\u00e3o Mateus, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (SME,) realiza treinamento sobre as Boas Pr\u00e1ticas na Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Escolar nas Escolas Municipais. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A forma\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre no audit\u00f3rio da SME e \u00e9 direcionada aos Auxiliares de Servi\u00e7os Gerais (ASG\u2019s) que est\u00e3o diretamente ligados ao preparo da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o em suas respectivas unidades de ensino. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Durante os tr\u00eas dias de programa\u00e7\u00e3o, com cerca de 220 participantes, as nutricionistas da Rede Municipal, Heloyze Fonseca e La\u00eds Cardozo, d\u00e3o orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre temas ligados ao manuseio e preparo da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acordo com o Setor de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Escolar da SME, respons\u00e1vel pelo treinamento, a forma\u00e7\u00e3o aborda os conceitos e objetivos da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o escolar, o Programa Nacional de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Escolar (PNAE), al\u00e9m de orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as boas pr\u00e1ticas de manipula\u00e7\u00e3o dos alimentos, cuidados com contamina\u00e7\u00e3o e uso de equipamentos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o individual (EPI).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a
