Os animais estavam sendo mantidos ilegalmente em cinco resid\u00eancias. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Todos os animais apreendidos eram mantidos em cativeiro sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental e os respons\u00e1veis assinaram termo de compromisso, comprometendo-se a comparecerem em ju\u00edzo quando vierem a ser convocados. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Os animais e gaiolas apreendidos foram encaminhados ao viveiro da 2\u00aa Companhia do BPMA, de onde posteriormente ser\u00e3o levados ao Centro de Reintrodu\u00e7\u00e3o de Animais Silvestres (Cereias) em Barra do Riacho, Aracruz. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental ressalta que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o irregular em cativeiro de animais silvestres nativos, sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental competente ou em desacordo com as normas regulamentares, \u00e9 conduta tipificada como crime ambiental do Art. 29, \u00a7 1\u00ba, inciso III, da Lei 9.605\/98, com pena de deten\u00e7\u00e3o de seis meses a um ano, e multa.
