Tendo o policiamento ostensivo intensificado, ensejando apreens\u00e3o de v\u00e1rios esp\u00e9cimes da fauna silvestre brasileira. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A pol\u00edcia militar ambiental ressalta que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de animais silvestres, sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental competente ou em desacordo com as normas regulamentares, \u00e9 conduta tipificada como crime ambiental na lei 9.605\/98. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Al\u00e9m do atendimento de den\u00fancias, o BPMA realiza constantemente policiamento ostensivo, visando prioritariamente fiscalizar, inibir e coibir a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de animais silvestres em cativeiro e conta com o apoio da popula\u00e7\u00e3o na realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de den\u00fancias atrav\u00e9s dos telefones 181 (disque den\u00fancia) e (27) 3711-8151.
