A a\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu no bairro Vista da Serra, na cidade de Colatina. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Foram apreendidos tr\u00eas animais da esp\u00e9cie Coleiro que estavam expostos em gaiolas em uma \u00e1rea verde na Rua Luiz Pretti Neto. Os respons\u00e1veis foram identificados e assinaram um termo de compromisso, se comprometendo a comparecer em ju\u00edzo quando convocados. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Os animais e as gaiolas apreendidas foram encaminhados ao projeto Cereias, em Barra do Riacho, Aracruz. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O BPMA ressalta que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o irregular em cativeiro de animais silvestres nativos, sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental competente ou em desacordo com as normas regulamentares, \u00e9 conduta tipificada como crime ambiental do art. 29, \u00a7 1\u00ba, inciso III, da Lei 9.605\/98. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Al\u00e9m do atendimento de den\u00fancias, o BPMA realiza constantemente policiamento ostensivo, visando prioritariamente fiscalizar, inibir e coibir a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de animais silvestres e conta com o apoio da popula\u00e7\u00e3o para denunciar atrav\u00e9s do telefone 181.
