Uma das f\u00eameas de coleiro estava com tr\u00eas filhotes na gaiola. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Todos os p\u00e1ssaros eram mantidos em cativeiro sem qualquer tipo de registro junto ao \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental respons\u00e1vel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Os animais foram apreendidos e ser\u00e3o encaminhados ao Centro de Reintrodu\u00e7\u00e3o de Animais Silvestres (Cereias), em Aracruz, onde passar\u00e3o por tratamento e posteriormente reintroduzidos \u00e0 natureza.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Os respons\u00e1veis assinaram um termo de compromisso e ir\u00e3o comparecer em ju\u00edzo para responder pelo crime de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de animal da fauna silvestre em cativeiro, conduta tipificada no art. 29 da Lei 9.605\/98, Lei de Crimes Ambientais. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O BPMA solicita o apoio da popula\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas via 181 ou no site\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.disquedenuncia181.es.gov.br\/\">www.disquedenuncia181.es.gov.br<\/a>, no \u00edcone destinado \u00e0s den\u00fancias de crimes ambientais.
