O BPMA informa que obras nas proximidades de c\u00f3rregos devem ser orientadas por t\u00e9cnicos respons\u00e1veis pelas constru\u00e7\u00f5es e acompanhadas com licen\u00e7a ambiental expedida pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O respons\u00e1vel foi conduzido ao departamento policial de Barra de S\u00e3o Francisco, onde foi lavrado um Boletim de Ocorr\u00eancia Ambiental para serem tomadas as devidas provid\u00eancias. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acordo com o novo c\u00f3digo florestal, Lei 12.651\/2012, as margens dos c\u00f3rregos at\u00e9 uma \u00e1rea de 30 metros de largura s\u00e3o consideradas APP para manter o equil\u00edbrio ambiental e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do fluxo das \u00e1guas fluviais.
