Foram apreendidos tr\u00eas p\u00e1ssaros da esp\u00e9cie coleiro. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Os animais estavam expostos em tr\u00eas gaiolas na varanda de uma resid\u00eancia sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental competente. O respons\u00e1vel assinou um termo de compromisso se comprometendo a comparecer em ju\u00edzo quando vier a ser convocado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Os animais e gaiolas apreendidos foram depositados na sede da 2\u00aa Companhia, de onde ser\u00e3o encaminhados ao projeto Cereias, em Aracruz. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O BPMA ressalta que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o irregular em cativeiro de animais silvestres nativos, sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental competente ou em desacordo com as normas regulamentares, \u00e9 conduta tipificada como crime ambiental do art. 29, \u00a7 1\u00ba, inciso iii, da lei 9.605\/98.
