Ambos foram encaminhados ao plant\u00e3o policial, onde foram autuados por crime administrativo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">De acordo com o Batalh\u00e3o de Pol\u00edcia Militar Ambiental, a extra\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos vegetais em Unidades de Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do Instituto Chico Mendes de Conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da Biodiversidade (ICMBio) \u00e9 expressamente proibido por Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Federal e constitui em crime ambiental previsto na Lei 9.605\/98.
