Os respons\u00e1veis assinaram termo de compromisso e se comprometendo a comparecer em ju\u00edzo quando convocados. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Os animais e gaiolas apreendidos ser\u00e3o encaminhados ao projeto Cereias, em Aracruz. O BPMA alerta que a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o irregular em cativeiro de animais silvestres nativos sem a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental competente ou em desacordo com as normas regulamentares, \u00e9 conduta tipificada como crime ambiental do Art. 29, \u00a7 1\u00ba, Inciso III, da Lei 9.605\/98.
