De acordo com o Comandante do 2\u00ba BPM, Tenente-Coronel Sebasti\u00e3o Aleixo Batista, o menor infrator \u00e9 suspeito de dois homic\u00eddios em Pinheiros. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Ele chegou a ser apreendido por 45 dias, mas foi liberado pela justi\u00e7a. Segundo o Comandante, este \u00e9 o segundo rev\u00f3lver que foi apreendido com o adolescente.
